Hi! I'm Julia -artist and art educator.

Art has always been a part of my life; from drawing on my bedroom walls, (sorry mom), to filling countless sketchbooks with creative fodder, to exploring different mediums; I have always felt the need to create. I am most happy when I am making a mess in the studio.

I attended the University of Oregon where I studied Art History and Studio Arts.  In 2012 I decided to combine my interest in art and working with kids by returning to school to get my M.Ed. in Art Education from Portland State University. For the past 10 years now I have been blessed to do something I enjoy every day -sharing my love for art & creativity...sprinkled with a good amount of silliness.

When I'm not in the classroom, I can be found dog sitting, outside enjoying nature, or painting in my studio. I live in beautiful Bend, Oregon.
